We have been using SmartAgent for over 3 years now and have been very pleased with its performance overall. The management of all mail channels into a single interface has allowed us to improve our own processes, increase productivity and enhance the experience and speed of response for our customers.I have been very impressed with the support offered by numero, they are very customer focussed and have brought some very good improvements to the table for Experian.
