Any user of internet banking will be familiar with email message alerts – simple emails prompting you to log-on to an online ‘My Account’ area to access a secure message.

With seamless integration into numero interactive, our Web Suite out-of-the-box secure messaging feature provides a mailbox of current and previous cases and messages to and from the user. Messages written to the user’s secure mailbox can be accompanied by email or text message alerts advising the user to log-in to view their secure messages.

As the mailbox is based on a fully secured query directly into the numero interactive CRM system, the view of correspondence is fully up-to-date and can be configured to include correspondence across other channels, such as email, chat or letter.
