Yodel was formed in 2010 by bringing together two of the UK’s leading delivery companies – Home Delivery Network Limited and DHL Express (UK) Limited – to create a major force in UK logistics with over 10,000 employees and one of the largest logistics fleets in the county. In establishing Yodel, the company undertook a ground-breaking business re-engineering project to fundamentally and radically change how it manages customers and parcels.
