The service identifies any issues related to the installation, configuration, operation, server platform or wider operational environment that may be reasonably changed or improved to optimise the performance and benefits of the numero solution. Findings are established through two detailed reviews completed by our consultants, namely the:
• IT review
• Business review.
Results from these reviews are compiled within a management report with recommendations that is presented to the client for consideration and action.
