Requirement: Project Implementation Consultants – To 45k

Location: South Manchester

Salary: GBP 35,000 – 45,000 depending on experience

We are looking for additional systems consultants to plan, support and manage the implementation of our flagship SmartAgént customer enquiry management product on customer sites.

Working with both new and existing clients around the country, the role combines elements of business analysis, consultancy and project management, and includes all aspects of implementation: meeting with clients, mapping their current systems and processes, identifying and specifying opportunities for our solutions, running workshops, gathering requirements, installing and configuring our solutions, training and supporting users and generally ensuring successful implementations and happy customers.

With at least 4 years relevant experience, applicants should be a highly professional in their deportment, a flexible team player with the ability to work independently and under deadline constraints across multiple projects. You should also possess a good blend of business and technical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Previous experience of large call centre solutions, customer contact management technologies or similar customer-facing environments is highly desirable bit not essential.
