Once the final solution build is complete, numero progresses to the Transition stage. Clients are required to undertake thorough testing (SIT and UAT) with the support and guidance of the numero team. Any required fixes identified through the testing process are taken care of in the numero Construction environment and fully tested before being re-introduced to the client – ensuring an extremely thorough approach that is supported by careful version control.

As part of the Transition Stage, the numero project team agrees a training programme usually in conjunction with the client’s in-house trainers. In support of the defined training programme, numero develops training materials which are normally in the form of train-the-trainer resources. This ensures the success of the Transition stage is supported by first-rate user acceptance.

The Transition Stage is completed by the numero team implementing the system within the live client environment. They remain on-hand for a predefined period of time, to ensure the system is fully supported throughout the initial handover. From this point, the client is able to draw on the continuing support and resources of numero through a Support Agreement which is tailored to ongoing needs.
