The purpose of these events is to provide informal technical workshops where delegates can discuss their business issues with our Pre Sales and Application specialists. The events are generally most enlightening and are characterised by a collaborative consultative approach. Worst case, you will learn what is the "art of the possible" and you will leave with a clear view on how numéro is helping some of the UK's largest contact centres!

We will work through a series of practical steps relating to your business needs, and will develop and quantify how we could help improve your service levels and reduce your costs.

When we plan these days, it is important for numéro to ensure that we do not compromise your confidentiality and we are sensitive about ensuring commercial discretion. We target a maximum attendance of 4 organisations per workshop. We will select the attendees based on discretion.

In order to plan our work program and the day, the following steps must be followed:

  • register for the workshops through our web form
  • complete and return the questionnaire: Your Current Environment
  • sign and return a mutual: Non Disclosure Agreement
  • provide a sample batch of inbound emails representative of all categories (typically 1,000 emails).

The objectives of the Workshop are:

  • to explain the scope and capabilities of the SmartAgént solution
  • to describe how SmartAgént is deployed and the types of benefits to be expected
  • to demonstrate how SmartAgént handles emails
  • to establish the current status of your email management in your Contact Centre
  • to analyse your emails and establish what categories can be automated
  • to develop a "first cut" Return on Investment model
  • to identify the soft benefits
  • to clarify whether our solutions can help your organisation.

The day will follow this pattern:

  • Introductions and an explanation of the day activities
  • A short review of each Organisations' current email solution
  • An Explanation of the SmartAgént email management solution
  • A Demonstration of how SmartAgént handles emails
  • A Case Study - the development of a Return on Investment model
  • An Exercise to analyse the sample emails
  • A Review of the Results
  • An Exercise to develop the specific ROI and benefits
  • A Review of how to deliver these benefits
  • A summary.

This is a full interactive day and you will be expected to contribute. No technical or IT knowledge is required since this is a business orientated day. Naturally, you would be expected to be cognisant of your organisations current approach to email management.
