numero has worked with CDS Global in the UK for many years as it was the first organisation to adopt the SmartAgent platform. The relationship between the two companies has been reinforced through a contract that will extend CDS Global’s use of the numero uno platform. As a result of the contract and the close working relationship between the businesses, numero uno could become the central communication platform for CDS Global’s contact centre operations.

numero and CDS Global are working on a large project to create a single platform for email, correspondence, text (SMS), CTI, call logs and web communication. Using this single platform, CDS Global will be able to streamline customer journeys by quickly and efficiently determining what needs to be done, by which contact centre agent, in relation to each individual customer enquiry or interaction. In doing so, CDS Global will be able to raise its customer service to new heights for the benefit of all.
