With Knowledgebase CMS:

Transparently integrate personalised content

numero’s knowledgebase features support for ‘template variables’, a feature that allows text or content to be dynamically substituted in whenever the content is used.

This dynamic content is incredibly flexible. It can be based on:

  • A simple cross-reference to another CMS article.
  • Some system-defined variable.
  • A real-time process call into a back-office system.
  • Another property of the customer, case or work item.

It can even invoke numero’s business rules engine to process the available information and dynamically select the correct content to use – something typically done when deciding which up-sell marketing to include in outbound correspondence.

The example video illustrates a simple case in which an outbound email blends a standard response template (for mail order good returns in this case) with a dynamically generated attachment – in this case, a returns authorisation address label.
