numero's business model is to be an innovative software manufacturer who sells both directly and through a dedicated and committed Partner channel. Over time our routes to market will grow to reflect a variety of different Partner types:
- Outsourcers: service organisations who need an email management service as part of their client offering and who use SmartAgént as part of their service world.
- Technology Manufacturers: organisations that may have a broad range of solutions within their portfolio and who enjoy a global or major geographical reach; such Partners may either sell SmartAgént as part of their solutions offering or embed our application as part of their overall solution (thereby becoming an OEM in time)
- Resellers: application focussed software houses with a team dedicated to the sales of SmartAgént
- Implementation: organisations that specialise in the delivery of corporate applications typically in the Contact Centre arena.
