Use text messages to stay in touch

In the current times, text messaging is increasingly the communication channel of choice for simple proactive customer notifications and alerts. Equally, it is a simple mechanism for staying in touch with a mobile workforce.

This video illustrates how a customer is able to respond to an appointment reminder with a cancellation request. This is used by numero to trigger both a confirmation message back to the customer and – critically – to call the engineer to inform them when an appointment is cancelled.
