Mark’s career started in 1978 at ICL, where he held the position of Electronics Engineer before progressing into sales in the late eighties. The next stage of his career saw the development of his own company, which he founded in 1990 and sold in 1995 when the company had annual revenues of over £5 million and 50 employees. Mark remained with the business for a further 4 years, growing the company organically and through acquisition before moving to Cisco Systems as a High Touch Account Manager, working with clients including ASDA, Coors and Phones4U. Prior to joining numero, Mark was Business Development Manager at JAM IP, the Contact Centre Services specialist.

Mark is married with three children, which partly explains hobbies that include coaching girls and ladies rugby teams and his position as the Vice Chairman of a local football club, where he helps with youth teams.
