Responsible for: pre sales support/demonstrations, product vision (conceptual requirements) and partner relationships.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, Mark enjoyed a successful career in IT with his early days being spent in project management, systems analysis, systems integration and applications development. Mark was involved in the development of a number of large bespoke applications and eventually set up on his own development Company helping a number of Blue Chip organisations in the Hewlett Packard sector.

Mark met Guy in the early 90’s and in reality it was Mark who was the inspiration to form GA Information Systems Limited. Mark worked at board level with Guy at GAIS and together they pioneered much of the solutions and applications delivery that is the bedrock of the BusinessObjects world today. Mark’s role at GAIS was to transpose client business requirements into real working solutions. Anyone who has met Mark will appreciate his exceptional business insight and his ability to evangelise innovative new solutions.

Mark joined the board of numero in 2002 as Business Development Director and today, he is responsible for all pre-sales support, solution innovation and Partner relations. Mark has played a pivotal role both in the successes of the GAIS and numero businesses and in the creation of the numero uno platform. Mark is the inspiration behind many of our innovative ideas and applications.

Mark lives in the Lakes and enjoys walking, shooting and snowboarding. Mark is also a Liverpool FC supporter.
