numero’s highlights from #MWC15

The Mobile World Congress returned to Barcelona this week, for another fantastic year and a record breaking 93,000 attendees. Attendees visiting the exhibition hall were provided with a glimpse of exciting new devices, connected cars, wearables, back-end solutions, technologies, tablets, applications, accessories, and more. Many new devices and services were announced at the event, and attendees had the opportunity to get their hands on the latest tech.

As technology continues to advance at a rapid rate it’s clear that now is an exciting time for consumers, with brands being able to serve their every need across a variety of channels, from smartphones and watches to the future of connected living and smart bikes. Along with the advancements in technology comes higher consumer expectations and so standards of customer service across these variety of channels must become the norm.

We’re already looking forward to seeing what the next Mobile World Congress event holds in Shanghai in July,  where they are reported to be discussing the unlimited possibilities mobile can provide.
