In each case these market leaders are using our software platform and solutions know-how to revolutionise aspects of their business operations.

numero has never been an organisation to sit back – as evidenced by one of the most innovative and ambitious software development roadmaps in the industry – so the addition of a new member of the management team is hardly surprising. Phil Capper joins numero from the marketing industry to head-up our sales activities in the financial services sector.

Having previously held senior roles at Attain, Parker Sandford and LBM, Phil will draw on a wealth of customer data and interaction experience for the benefit of numero clients and partners. Phil will draw on the wealth of knowledge gained during a decade with LBM (who specialise in intelligent customer contact solutions) and his pioneering customer engagement work with Attain/Parker Sandford, to help numero clients to realise the full potential of our solutions platform.
Phil’s expertise in exploiting single customer views, establishing clear customer segments and building interaction and loyalty through targeted communication programmes will add real value to client relationships. Increasingly, numero clients are engaging their customers across multiple channels of communication (including mobile, social media, email and phone), providing Phil with the perfect opportunity to help clients improve interaction, streamline customer journeys and deepen loyalty through our groundbreaking capabilities.

In fact, he may be able to give numero favourite – Gordon Ramsay – a run for his money in this particular category.
