We are currently making plans for the CCA’s Global Customer Contact Convention which takes place in November. It is the ideal event to preview our research into the communication preferences of a number of customer segments we have identified. These segments include Jenny (part of the fire and forget text generation) and Gary (the digital DIY dude), both of whom have very specific expectations on the ways organisations should communicate with them. No other event provides a better platform for us to share ideas and findings with professionals from the customer contact world about these segments and their broad ranging implications.
